User needs access to a restricted folder on the intranet
Trying to access a SharePoint Folder on the Intranet but you get the following error:
Please follow the steps below:

Log a ticket with the IT service desk advising which folder you require access to and why. This can be done by emailing the IT Service Desk: or by raising a ticket in the support portal. Please note that all calls emailed to the Service Desk are logged as low impact and low priority.
- IT will request approval where required.
- Users will be added to the O365 Group applicable or in exceptions at an individual level.
